New Year’s Resolution Quiz
Whether it’s to build up that self confidence or to finally get to the gym more than once a month, we’re all starting to make our New Year’s resolution for 2020 that we’d like to at least stick with until mid Feb.
5 Steps for sticking to that New Year’s Resolution

1. Don’t be weak
Ain’t nobody got time for that. Stay strong and hit those goals.

2. Write it down
Write that sh*t down so you’ve got written proof if you fail.

3. Make it realistic
Don’t go making plans to be a billionaire by 2021 if you’re sitting on a minimum wage at Sephora.

4. Take it slow
Perfection doesn’t happen overnight so stick with it and take it slow.

5. Don’t be too hard on yourself
Most importantly, don’t give yourself a hard time if you slip up and go on a binge. As long as you don’t give up in the end you’ll be fine.
